What to do if…

At TDR, we understand more than most that the unexpected can happen. In the event that you are faced with an experience or situation on-site or with a team member and are unsure about what to do, the following is a guide to help you take the steps needed so everyone can stay safe.

• In all cases, after urgent medical attention has been sought (if required), let your direct supervisor know what has happened and they will advise you if you need to fill in an incident report form.

Speak directly to your immediate supervisor if: 

• You receive a customer complaint
• You are not sure what to do onsite
• Onsite working conditions are unsafe
• Equipment becomes damaged or fails

Call 000 immediately if somebody gets hurt on the job or in the event of fire.
